Saw the Red Hot Chili Peppers live last night
Just gotta say that it was the experience of a lifetime. Never have I felt so many emotions from music and gotten so into it (completely sober too). I jammed SO hard throughout every single song and felt like I was on something the entire time. I even kinda teared up during Under the Bridge, it was just a feeling you wouldn’t even understand. Flea KICKS FUCKING ASS! He’s such an amazing front-man and really knows how to impress the crowd. Kinda sad that I never got to see John Frusciante live, but Josh makes pretty good fill-in (considering that it’s damn near impossible to replace John) and no one gives him enough credit.
Another thing that really impressed me was the stage performance and light show that went along with it! I have never been to a concert that had such an amazing stage set-up and every picture that popped up on the widescreen represented the meaning of the song being played.The concert was just fucking brilliant in every aspect possible :) My life is complete.
